COVID-19 Health Guiding Protocols for In-Person Meetings
Following is a list of health safety protocols for troop members to follow when attending in-person meetings as suggested by the BSA!
VERY IMPORTANT: Every member, volunteer and family must evaluate their unique circumstances and make an informed decision before attending in-person activities.

Before We Gather
↪ It's advised that no one in a high-risk category should take part.
↪ Anyone who feels sick or experiencing the following symptoms should NOT attend and stay home:
⇒ cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
⇒ chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat
⇒ loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, feeling feverish
⇒ having a temperature higher than 100.0 degrees
↪ Bring a face covering to wear when gathering or in common areas.
↪ Bring your own hand sanitizer.

As We Gather:
↪ All Participants must wear face coverings.
↪ Contactless interaction between all participants, always maintaining at least 6 ft. apart.
↪ Single household families should stay together and be at least 6ft apart from other families.

For Campouts:
↪ Follow all above guidelines, in addition to the following:
↪ Bring additional safety gear: extra masks, disinfecting wipes, etc.
↪ Try to properly wash your hands as often as possible with soap and water.
↪ Families/Scouts should tent with their own families or by themselves and keep a safe distance from other tents.
↪ Food preparation, cooking and dining should also be with their own families or by themselves, maintaing proper distancing from others.
↪ Clean and disinfect eating and cooking gear after each use.
↪ Bring additional safety gear: extra masks, disinfecting wipes, etc.
